I own a small business that Shelli Klemke hired to complete several days of repairs on a new home her builder could not complete. At the time of our discussion I relayed to her that I was leery of accepting the job due to the status of her builder and that I would only do the work if she guaranteed we would get paid. I couldn't recommend Shelli and her team more. The home buying and selling process is always stressful and they have helped us on both sides of it. They know the market and the neighborhoods and the people, and take the time to help you understand what's going on throughout the whole process. Even on Mother's Day when our sale went sideways, Shelli was on the phone and texting throughout the day to help fix it. She talked me through a lot, like a friend would, and got us through it all!!
