The staff was efficient and friendly. The waiting room was clean and well lit. The chairs were comfortable. They paid close attention to HIPAA medical privacy standards. The temperature was within a good range. The decor was relaxing and made for a pleasant visit. On all fronts this office was well maintained.

I 100% recommend this office if you need to have oral surgery. I have bad anxiety so I wasn't looking forward to getting my wisdom teeth out. However, James and the staff eased my worries and made the process much quicker and easier than I thought it would be. James is very kind and very experienced. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

Our pediatric dentist recommended this oral surgeon to remove my daughter's wisdom teeth and though they did do a good job with the removal over 6 months later I received a bill for an additional amount. I paid an upfront fee and I understand they can only estimate what insurance will pay but 6 MONTHS later I receive a bill.Then when I don't make a prompt payment on that bill I receive another with a letter threatening attorney involvemen, even though they took 6 month to even send the bill.
