Absolutely terrible experience! I called on Wednesday and rented a unit to access over the weekend. Well, I show up and I guess it’s after hours and the battery to my unit is low and I cannot access my new unit I just rented. Meanwhile, I have movers coming on Sunday and they are not staffed for calls on Sunday so I am locked out of my unit. Haven’t even access it once yet. So now I’m scrambling last minute to try to find another facility where I can store my belongings because I’ve already paid for the movers to come! Who r... read more
