rat pellets all over the storage. we only had the storage for 2 weeks.
BAD VERY BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION WITH THEY CUSTOMER . NO HELP WITH OPENING THE UNIT YOU PAY FOR IT , CAN'T GET N TO MY UNIT SO FRUSTRED!¡!!!! Every time I try
RATS! One of our units was absolutely destroyed by rats and they still increased our monthly rate. It also appears they have not done anything to resolve the rodent problem either. Use a different storage facility that is actually managed by real humans, not "virtually managed".
RATS!!! If you’re going to storage here, just throw everything away
