My air conditioner wasn't working properly, I emailed the office Friday evening with an hour the maintenance man Galen was there to fix the issue. My air conditioner had to be replaced, Maintenance stay to make sure everything was working properly and told me he would be on call if I had any issues with the air conditioner. Also Galen even cleaned his mess, I did offer to clean it up, Galen declined my offer. I just want to say how I really appreciate our Maintenance men, they go above and beyond to get the job done.
