They dont help you at all. Got referred cause they said they helped them. I tried and completely rude, tried asking questions but got treated like i was stupid. Felt like i did more work on my own case than anything. Wasted my time and dropped me from the case. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WILL ACTUALLY TREAT YOU WELL AND HELP YOU!!!!!!
