Beautiful store on the 7th floor of Hudson’s Bay which unfortunately I did not know even existed until a month ago! What a discovery and somewhat sad at the same time that they are closing down. The space is bright and beautiful. The service was great and Jeannie is most patient, honest and tactful…love her! She’s super experienced and has a great eye! I ended up getting a beautiful gown, veil and belt!

The women who work in this store are really rude and cold, I was so happy to look for a dress and these women ruined my day with their terrible attitude. They didn't even want to show me the dresses. I do not speak much English. I felt so frustrated that I couldn't defend myself. I hope they don't work in customer service again.
