I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Kleinburg Dental. As a university student, I rely on my insurance and need to be informed of any out-of-pocket costs before treatment. My insurance had rejected certain treatments and informed the office beforehand, yet the front desk never communicated this to me and proceeded with the treatments anyway, leaving me with an unexpected balance. Amazing experience with Dr. Sophie and her team! I had pain in the tooth after my treatment, and as soon as they found out, they booked me in for an appointment right away. Dr. Sophie was thorough, caring, and made sure everything was taken care of. A special thank you to the receptionist, who kept following up with me until I confirmed I was feeling okay. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Kleinburg Dental. I had met a few of the staff at a fun fair hosted at the school my daughter's attend and decided to book an appointment. It's safe to say I am very happy that I did.
