It’s frustrating to have been charged and invoiced for a doctor who admitted they couldn’t determine what was happening with my skin. While I’m not surprised by the doctor’s inability to diagnose, what’s disappointing is being billed as though a service was provided, especially when the appointment lasted hardly less than five minutes and I was simply referred back to my dermatologist. Moreover, the billing desk should treat customers with greater politeness and respect.
The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyone to help their patients. I highly recommend this practice.
Called to make an appt at the Havertown office, person that answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Shame, I really wanted to give this practice a try. To the Dr, it's very important to have a phone agent with proper phone etiquette as it's the 1st impression that potential patients get. Just imagine how many potential patients and money you've loss, simply and solely at the hands of a poor receptionist.
