WA location is AWFUL. Took 4-5 days to initially respond. Then after over a week, I had to reach out to ask what is going on and if they can assist me. They claimed they sent me a piece of mail which they never did, then ultimately told me the letter they supposedly sent was a letter simply telling me they are able to assist. I reached back out asking why (I have a clean and cut case) but they refuse to reply. Save your time and skip these people!!!
I was referred to this law firm. I am HIGHLY DISGUSTED! I was going to file bankruptcy. Megan had me to get all my documents to her.AND WE SIGNED PAPERS. I paid the fees. All was to do is to file.NOT TO MENTION I HAVE A DEADLINE TO MEET WHICH IS TODAY. MEGAN CALLS ME WHILE I AM AT WORK THE DAY BEFORE AND SAYS SHE DOESNT FEEL COMFORTABLE FILING SO SHE ISNT GOING TO.
