I had Robert come bye. Then his supervisor was fired. Then he relied on Luis the hub manger and no outcome he ghosted him. And signed a big contract. This company is a joke.

Klein Roofing was amazing. I called them after a storm blew through our area to see if they could inspect our roof for any damage. Robert came and inspected our roof, found damage caused by the storm, then walked us step by step through the insurance claim process. THEN, Robert even came back and met with the adjuster to insure we got a fair assessment by him. HOLE IN MY ROOF!! Klien Roofing replaced my entire roof but did not seal the flange area correctly. my roof started to leak and they came out to calk it but should have removed the shingles and repaired correctly. they put a bandaid instead of fixing the problem. I had to hire another professional to fix their work. The hole in my roof was a bad experience.
