I had a consultation with Dr. Klein today regarding my injured and ingrown toenails, and I was very impressed with his care. He greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor, which immediately put me at ease. While he couldn’t do much to rectify my big toenail at this stage, he carefully trimmed the hardened skin around it that was hindering its growth. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Klein for years. We find him to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable about foot care. His friendly approach is very welcoming, and allows for questions. For anyone who doubts that orthotics work, believe me when I say that hip, calf and leg pain disappears with proper fitting orthotics. His receptionist, Marsha is helpful and very efficient. I would recommend Dr. Klein to anyone suffering from a foot problem. You will not be disappointed!
Hopeless Admin Staff, I called the 905 number to make an appointment thinking is Pickering, I get scheduled 3 weeks later, there is communication in between, confirmation of the appointment, I get there to find three surprised admins obviously that just woke up telling me my appointment is in Etobicoke, no apologies just a general and combined effort to make me feel silly. Very frustrating, wasted my time and half a sick day with their unprofessionalism.
Leaving 2 stars only as admin staff booked my appointment for Etobicoke location instead of Pickering location. I had to cancel my 6 PM appointment at the last minute.
