Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider's office too cold? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this asthma - allergy specialist's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No
