I notified Klein Property Management in September that I , along with another resident in the building was a victim of mail/package theft. They did nothing, not even respond to my email or post a notice in the hallway. I handled it myself. Now it has come to my attention that there was imminent danger, a gas leak in the building and the FDNY was not even called.
