Dr. Kelin is very kind, he takes time to explain things. I have a variety of health issues and, he has been great to work with me and help me with my needs.
I have been seeing Dr Klein for about 14 years and I highly recommend him. He very personable and easy to schedule appts. Honest and listens well.
Dr, Klein always takes care of my problems and he listens when you tell him things. He really cares about his patients and they are important to him . I will refer him to anyone. Thankful that he is my doctor.
I had been seeing Dr. Klein for about a year and I felt like he never remembered me when I would see him. I feel like you need to know your patients in order to properly diagnose them. Recently I told him of symptoms I was having and he brushed me off twice and told me I was fine. My symptoms continued, so I got a second opinion because I was concerned. This man is a joke and has no business practicing. His treatment of me and judgment was completely unfair and unprofessional. He went out of his way to attempt to make me feel like a drug dealer and told me that I was selling my anxiety medicine and that if I were to pick up any anxiety medicine from any pharmacy I would immediately be arrested. Dr. Klein is very unprofessional and inappropriate along with some of the staff. I overheard inappropriate conversations and comments made between staff while waiting to be seen. Not only by the front staff but the doctor as well on multiple occasions. I have heard he has had some inappropriate relations with some of the staff as well. I will NOT be going back to someone who s unprofessional and has that type of reputation.
I would give Dr Klein ZERO stars if I could. His medical office is the most unprofessionally run I’ve ever seen (and I am a dr, too!). His nurse NEVER washed or sanitized her hands before interacting with patients and the office staff was unhelpful, brusque, and unfriendly. Upon being told that a patient waited for almost an hour and a half for an appointment, he launched into a 5 min tirade about “McDonalds” doctors and threatened to walk out of the exam room.
Great Dr. we have used him for over ten years!
It took me a long time to find a Dr as good as Dr Kein. He listens, is thorough, and is veryaccurate!
