I'm very disappointed by how this company refuses to stand behind its own work. They were out on Thursday to fix our A/C; three days later it's not working again. When we called they said they could send a guy out, but would charge for after-hours labor (it's Sunday). Of course it's possible that something *new* is wrong with the A/C, but that seems rather unlikely within three days, and I'd hope in the very least that Klein and Sons would believe enough in their own work that they'd hasten to check it at no extra cost to th... read more
