Klein Family Harford Crisis Center (Bel Air, MD) I received care from October 2024 through March 2025. I was never connected with a therapist despite repeated requests, there were long gaps without returned calls, and follow up medication appointments weren’t scheduled as expected. I also contacted University of Maryland Medical System Guest Services multiple times but my issues weren’t resolved. University of Maryland commonly has reviews taken down from Google. This locations accurate rating would be closer to the lower 2.0 range due to the lack of adequate care, follow up, or good intentions of the management and prescribers. Went here for a small period, was gaslight, lied to, and had them mess up by not scheduling my follow up appointments several times. No point in contacting patient advocate services as their only goal is to have negative reviews removed. Seek mental Healthcare else where.

Dr. Stancliff was the most amazing psychiatrist! She is warm and really cares about her patients! All of the staff, especially Will and Jo were absolutely incredible! Thank you for helping me in my journey to better health so I can be the best mother for my daughter!

They say walk ins but apparently that's only if you want to talk to someone not if you need to see a psychiatrist won't ever be back what a waste of my time
