I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I have been struggling to get medical amendments cleared for months in which this facility did not communicate with me at all, until informing me that they denied my request. Despite the objective evidence that would clearly prove the false information in my records from them. I had no idea of the terrible and horrible false things that were in my records until I ordered these years later (and still wasn't sent all of my records). It is unacceptable to have such uncaring and rude phone line workers. I called for help and was not greeted with any kind of politeness or compassion.
From the second I walked into the building I was greeted with genuine kindness and compassion. During my stay The groups were small and very well structured in helping to understand and learn ways to help cope with crisis. Jo, Mikayla, will, and Megan are absolutely amazing people who actually care about you as a human being, and treat you as their equals. Not a comfortable environment. I started going here some time after August after withdrawing from my previous outpatient of 10 years. Was supposed to do both Therapy and Psychiatry. Psychiatry is going well but I have been without a therapist since August due to issues I have had trying to see a therapist at this location. Kristle is extremely kind, compassionate, and empathetic. I’ve been seeing her since August, and she has been a great help.
