They will initially help you out, but will then bankrupt you with ridiculous bills (almost $200 for less than a 30 minute session). My doctor left this location and I still see her but my copay is $20…. What kind of a scheme are they running here? People need mental healthcare, what they don’t need is an astronomical bill for every time very basic services are rendered. Wonderful. Kudos to your day time security guard. He was so kind to my 12 year old daughter when we showed up with a mental health emergency. He gave her a goody bag with a stuffed animal and Oreos and apple juice and really distracted her while we waited. Lovely place. Everyone was so caring and professional. Thank you for this center !
If you need meds, make sure you get here at 9am exactly otherwise you're going ro sit around for hours and then be told they can't help you and you have to go another month without meds
