A family emergency caused me to be 10 minutes over my grace time of 20 minutes for my appt with my long time family detes dentist. I was driving from the medical center in downtown Houston and already called and explained. She said to go ahead and come. When I got there, I was denied treatment. I told her my son was on chemo before I made the appt. I explained a tooth was hurting and I didn't want to have an infection around his suppressed immune system. My family have been with Klein Crossing Dental to take care everything about our dental car for years, there was a brief moment when I had a laid off with my and lost the insurance that worked with KCD, I had to switch to another dentist, and I noticed right away the differences in term of quality of service. Now I got my job back with a new company and lucky that my dental insurance worked, I am glad to be back with KCD.

I don't particularly like getting my teeth cleaned but Leslie the Dental Hygienist I worked with was amazing and very concerned about me and advised me to floss more and I am taking that advice. Good people at the office all the ay around.
