Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the product. I contacted customer service with a problem and they responded with "I tested the headsets and there is a fraction of a second of delay before talking that is standard for two way radios. A 3 second delay is not happening here and none of our thousands of customers using this product have complained of a 3 second delay.” Not willing to give the time to figure out what the issue is nor try to fix the problem. Poor durability
I am very disappointed with Klein Electronics. I recently purchased some DRIFT Single-Wire PTT Earpiece CURL 1-Wire PTT Earpiece USBc from them for my business to test out. The earpieces were very fragile and broke easily within a few days where the usb connects to the phone. Half of the time time the buttons don't even register when we PPT.
