Wish I could give ZERO stars! And I see other people have commented how they "don't pay". That's where I'm at. Provided a service, told them the service fee amount up front, now they refuse to pay and the owner tells me I'll "lose in court if I try to turn it over for collection". Very unprofessional.....very rude! Go somewhere else!!

Worked as a subcontractor or foreman as he told his customers. I guess so he could get away without paying. Im having to put a lien on his customers house just to get paid. Good luck everyone please do your research first.

I am a contractor in Columbia, Mo. I had the privilege of doing a roof for Klein Developments and painting the inside of the house for him! We literally met 2 times! The work was done on time as I said it would be and he paid me every penny of almost 10k worth of work! Very professional and dependable considering we are a distance away from one another!
