These people don’t follow the laws. They are bad icky gullible slaves and do whatever the owner of the property wants. They tried to get money out of my insurance company and when they couldnt they evicted me. They gave me ten days notice.

This company works for the insurance company, not the customer! They lie and have not one ounce of empathy! Klein & Co. called owner of the property and I to inform us that my ALE was extended for 3 mo, this was two days before my family would have to move for the 5 th time! I canceled our move, I cancel our hotel! The owner of the property canceled other renters, to allow us to stay knowing we have a 14 month old baby. Previously used and slightly damaged furniture rented for a temporary housing situation while I was out of my home. Now they'd like to charge me for scratches on tabletops. Go elsewhere for your temporary housing needs.

Klein and company coordinated a rental house for my family. The first company my insurance company had call me was terrible. Unprofessional! They never returned my calls and I had to do all the work to find a hotel that would take my dog. I was transferred to too many people to count. When Klein and company got involved, things changed for the better. They heard what I said and updated me with the info I needed.
