Klein was amazing. My vehicle wouldn't start when I was getting ready to leave work, I called them and they came right away to see if they could get my vehicle started. They weren't able to so they towed it to their business and gave me a loaner vehicle to use. They got it in that same day figured out what the problem was called me ordered the parts and had it fixed within a couple days. They worked with me and my extended warranty I purchased.
