Klein was amazing. My vehicle wouldn't start when I was getting ready to leave work, I called them and they came right away to see if they could get my vehicle started. They weren't able to so they towed it to their business and gave me a loaner vehicle to use. They got it in that same day figured out what the problem was called me ordered the parts and had it fixed within a couple days. They worked with me and my extended warranty I purchased. We have bought over 20 new vehicles from Klein. The service is always reliable and friendly, with a small town atmosphere like years ago. Will never go to a big dealership and be a number. If you're looking for a vehicle and you don't see anything in the yard, just stop in and they will find you one!!
