Matt has been cleaning our carpet for a few years and he is always my first call for help when the carpet meets misfortune. He never fails to remove even the worst stains. He is very experienced and thoroughly professional in all aspects of the service he provides. He will take great care of your carpet cleaning needs.
This is a small company that goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly. Matt is a self-proclaimed cleaning nerd and doesn't even begin to describe how knowledgeable he is. Despite him telling us the bad news that he couldn't clean the carpets because it would only make the previous "pet smell" worse. I loved working with Matt. He is a true nerd about carpet cleaning...so knowledgeable, passionate, and really knows what he's talking about! He did a great job cleaning our carpets and his pricing was very fair. I'll recommend him to all my friends!
Working with Matt Klein was a pleasure. He came to my house to see if a cat pee carpet was cleanable. Unfortunately the carpet wasn't salvageable, but Matt performed a remediation on my basement so I could start fresh.
