Steve Klein provided much helpful and valuable appraisal information in an initial consultation, even before I had committed to working with him. He clearly had access to far more real estate information than I had access to, as well as offered his perspective from years of experience with trends in the market. Steve was also easy to talk with and courteous. I got far more than expected from the conversation. I plan to work with Steve further.
