The people who work at this place are honestly very unpleasant and completely unprofessional. When I arrived for my appointment, the person assisting me told me that I didn’t have an appointment, even though I did. I explained that I had one, but she was extremely rude and disrespectful. On top of that, they charged me for a service that they never provided. I had a very bad experience at this place, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
The service in the Optical from Miss Linda is exceptional. 😃😉
This location is very unprofessional. Very crowded. Is nowhere to sit at all you go from one spot to another down the hall still know where to sit and it was appointment for my son. I don't recommend no one should go there especially not for the first time a horrible experience. Also while I was feeling out the paperwork the lady at the first desk state something to I put something wrong with 6 others girls that was staff members standing around said something in Spanish about but they wasn't aware I knew Spanish.
