In real estate, people make the (positive) difference. Lots of firms know their local market and the various forms and processes. But this firm and especially Bruce Cohen is proactive, pragmatic and a positive client advocate. They do so much more than others to create a mutually beneficial outcomes!
I would stay away from this agency. Our experience was extremely negative. They did the bare minimum including presenting the apartment in a very poor condition. We asked to terminate the exclusive earlier due to their poor performance and the response was rigid and aggressive despite our attempts to resolve it with the owner.
