Professional, does the job the right way. Great experience no complaints
Excellent experience. From estimating to install, just a professional experience. The two electricians were thorough, and courteous, and clearly took pride in their work making sure everything was done neatly and cleanly. Would definitely use them again.
Reached out for a quote, provided specs as requested, and was told I’d receive a quote Monday. Never received one, and my follow-ups were ignored. On top of that, when I showed him a picture of my electrical line on my phone, he grabbed my phone without asking and texted it to himself. Totally unprofessional. Would have appreciated a simple ‘not interested’ instead of being ghosted.
Klees Electric installed a Tesla Wall Connector for me and I was very happy with the process. Communication was great as I was able to get questions quickly answered via email when I had one. The work was done on time and efficiently and they cleaned up after. They have a modern system for estimates, invoices and billing that you can easily save to a PDF which is a nice bonus.
