I had a great car wash and experience at Kleen Wave!
I have gone to this car wash multiple times and was always impressed. Whenever I have gone, I have notified them to be careful with my back car door handles and this time was no different. During this particular time, before my vehicle went int he tunnel to be wiped down, I PERSONALLY opened up both of my back door handles with care and told them to be careful with it; however, they seemed not to hear me so i walked inside. I took my car there and paid $40 for a hand wash. while my vehicle was in their possession my prescription sunglasses were stolen from my car. If I can't trust the people I'm paying to clean my vehicle then they're not worth using or recommending to anyone else. Also the glasses were not in plain sight. So the car had to be searched to find them. NOT PLEASED AT ALL. TOTAL COST OF GLASSES AT LEAST $300 GONE
Awesome service, fast and highly efficient. I'm meticulous. If I find even the smallest thing they might have missed, they correct it with a smile. No excuses or push back. Very professional! Highly recommend! Great value for your money, and that's always good.
Just left from there to spend a half hour wiping out the inside of my vehicle. Paid for platinum service and my whole dashboard etc, untouched and full of dust. No attempt to wipe down a thing. Very shocked.
I've been coming there since you guys open and even had the unlimited monthly, but after just now 11/27/2019 @ 5:12pm you got my last $$$...✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾
