My experience was good. First time I used this company. I had carpeted stairs that had got very soiled. Lee was not sure how good they would turn out but he worked very hard at Shampooing and we were both pleased with result. Definitely recommend him
We had the pleasure of dealing with Lee from Kleen Up Pros. Hands down, they are the only cleaning service anyone should be using. We just purchased a house that had carpeting throughout the entire basement that we wanted cleaned. Lee was very thorough and went above and beyond expectations. He is punctual, friendly, and very professional! Plus, they're easy to get in contact with and are very responsive! I will be using them again in the future when needed and would recommend their service to anyone!

I highly recommend Lee at Kleen Up Pros for carpet cleaning. I have wall to wall basement carpet that hadn't been cleaned in years. Lee got out ALL of the stains, including a rust stain. It looks amazing. I contacted Lee about a quote, and he came the very next day. The entire job took less than 1.5 hours. Easy, painless and amazing service. I'll definitely be contacting Lee every year to maintain my carpets. Thanks, Lee!
