Unfortunately Lee was unable able to help us. He was very honest with us in telling us so. He asked for no money even though he traveled out to us. I would definitely contact him again if we needed one of his services.
Lee was very professional and thorough. He arrived exactly when expected and clearly communicated the process. He was very careful while working to protect our furniture and walls. The finished result looks great! I would hire Kleen Up Pros again.
After an unexpected water flood Leigh returned our call. He offered advice on how we can try and dry while we waited for him to pickup in a couple of days. Leigh was friendly and respectful when he picked up our carpets and dropped them off. He communicated well throughout all conversations. Carpets are clean. Thanks on a job well done.
