Terrible customer service for long time customer. 6 -8 months of problems with pool service man Salvador (not a qualified tech) not doing a complete job and not notifying me or (Robin owner) of my spa not working properly so to have it fixed. When asked about the spa he states " oh ya it been like that for months" Called Robin 3 - 4 times to talk to him about this and never getting a return call. Trying to avoid me. The owner and his son very unprofessional, actually arguing and yelling at each other at the job site. Work paid for never completed with empty and broken promises. After 5 months of waiting, still have not completed work paid for. Very disappointed and unhappy! Would never recommend this company to anyone!
They have taken care of my grandparents pool since I was a little kid. Now I have my own family and use them for my supplies. Great business to have in the community.
