I wasted 31 bucks at Kleen n Green. I also paid 5 bucks to have the tires washed and it looks like they never touched them. No shine or anything! They didn’t even vacuum the sand that was on the console and cup holder. They also didn’t give me back my receipt and I paid using a credit card. I blame myself because I should have thoroughly inspected everything before leaving. I was hungry and just want to get out of there. Oh well, at least I know to never go back there!!

I would not recommend this car wash to my worst enemy. I put in 4.50 worth of quarters in the coin slot. It costs 5.00. I used my card and after I was done. I called over the manager to explain that I used my card instead the 4.50 that was still in the machine. I would like a refund. I could care less about the 4.50. He proceeded to tell me “what do you want me to do ?” I would like my money back. He continued his moronic ways “it doesn’t work that way”. How do I know your not lying to me. ? Absolutely worst place ever ! Today i spent 40$ to get my truck cleaned. My car was never touched by a brush! When my truck reached the end... I noticed car was not vacuumed car good at all! I also paid extra for salt removal the inside of my wheels and under the truck still have salt on it ! This is a joke. When I asked for a manager to say what’s going on he says he can re vacuum my truck another day he is too busy. NEVER AGAIN
Take CAUTION using credit cards in the self car wash area! The other day I went to wash my car and I purposefully set my car alarm to go off at 4 minutes 20 seconds. I ended the wash at that EXACT TIME and the timer automatically went up to 5 minutes and 10 seconds adding two dollars to the wash!! FRAUD !!! I got charged $9.35 on my bill !!! Sean the manager was awful about it !! DO NOT GO THERE !
Manager in the milford location is rude. Spent 200 dollars on car detailing and my rugs or my seats were not shampooed as promised and they had my car for 6 hrs and I had to call to see if it was done. I was told to email the owner, which he never he answered my email cause most likely that email address wasn't the owners. I will never waste my time or money or recommend this place to anyone. Go elsewhere people.
Just put out $31.85 (plus a tip!) for the "best" package and my car is disgusting! I am disputing this on my credit card as I want my money back. I ended up wiping their spills and such with 2 hand wipes I had in my purse.
Just came back from having my car washed, getting the full service wash, which was $16.95. The inside of my car was still dirty, hair all over the car mats, they didn't even pick up the mats, completely dirty underneath and on the outside there was still bird crap on the car. There didn't seem to be any kind of manager there and the people working there, just didn't seem to care. Won't go back....
