Never showed up, even though we paid for our service already. Wasted my entire day waiting. Now I have to scramble to get ready for guests on top of other things I need to do.
I was not pleased when you cancelled the cleaning appointment less than 23 hours before the service was to be performed and it had been paid for three weeks in advance. Poor business ethics.
