Very disappointing experience. I contacted them to fix a leak, and while the issue appeared to be addressed, the owner was extremely rude throughout the process. When I asked if I could turn on the sprinkler to test whether the leak was truly fixed, he said it would cost an additional $75 which felt unreasonable. I’m not sure if his attitude was personal or discriminatory, but it was very off-putting. On the other hand, I had a great experience with his son, who was polite, respectful, and professional.
Brian was immediately responsive to some questions we had about our B-Hyve app not working, and he helped us get us up and running right away. We appreciate his prompt response and his expertise.

The Kleen Cut guys arrived on time, were friendly and professional, diagnosed the problem, fixed multiple issues and had my sprinkler system back up and running in less than an hour. All for a very reasonable price.

From diagnosing my low pressure issue, to diagnosing my leak, to moving heads and changing others, Gary is a magician in knowing what needs to be done and fixing it. Do it once, do it right.
