Schedule a cleaning a month in advance, got confirmation from them via their text that day that I was in the schedule, the day of the cleaning I was told they cancelled my appointment because they didn’t get my CC info. There was no attempt on their part to contact me to get this info and they weren’t able to reschedule me for the time I needed. KLEEN was the best cleaning company I ever hired and worked with. They were instantly responsive every time I reached out, always accommodated my ever-changing schedule, were incredibly professional and courteous, and did a fantastic job cleaning our place at every visit. Hands down one of the best cleaning companies you could ever find.
We've had Kleen over twice now and both times we've been incredibly impressed with how efficient and productive they are. Both times they finished the deep cleans we requested before their time was up and moved on to do general cleaning of the rest of our apartment. Kleen also serves all of our local family regularly, we can't recommend them enough. I have hired KLEEN 3 or 4 times now and they have done a wonderful job every time. Every crew we've had has been friendly, thorough, and very professional. They make it super easy to book appointments via text. Highly recommend!
