Amazing Service! This was truly the best experience I've ever had with any repair service. Charles was the service guy who came and fixed our H&C unit. He assessed the problem immediately and he had our unit repaired in less than 30 minutes! Amazing Service!
Cleaned Compressor coil and added freon Cleaned Compressor coil and added freon I got a call from the dispatcher telling me the tech was on the way. The tech showed up within half an hour of that call. He checked the electrical, capacitors, filter and thermostat. Cleaned the gunk out of the compressor coil, but the unit still wasn't cooling adequately, so he added 1.5 pounds of freon. After that, it was working great.
