Poor management! Mr. Kleck and his father came out and gave me an in person quote on my property. Approximately 15-18k to mulch, clear and haul 1.25 acre of land. I agreed on this with Mr. Kleck we shook hands and he was to write up a quote for me to sign and begin work. Approximately 2 weeks went by before finally receiving the quote just to be quoted TWICE the amount previously agreed upon (30k).
