All the negative comments I can agree. He is disgusting. He is arrogant, ego maniac. He already ignored a very Ill woman that took her own life because he ignored their signs. Her family brought him to court after allowing his patient to take her life. And he is still around hurting when women. . This man is a disgusting person who puts his hands on AND talks to females in extremely inappropriate ways. I am an ex- secretary who had to quit this terrible job about 2/3 weeks ago because I have been harassed by DOCTOR KLEBANOV and have absolutely no proof of his horrible actions due to no security cameras in his office. The receptionist tells you to come in on a certain day when you got there she says the doctor cannot see you meanwhile I had no medication for almost a month and the girl up front receptionist is very rude she doesn't care what you have to say and she told me the doctor was ill when he came back from vacation and he's ill and she told me he was leaving early so he couldn't see me but
