Dayton was great! He was able to locate the septic tank, and was very thorough explaining everything that he was doing. Also, he educated me on where all my lines were running, so I know to avoid driving over those areas in my yard. He was able to identify a disconnected sewer pipe under my home that a previous plumber could not, and recommend a couple of plumbers to call to have it repaired ASAP! I’m very pleased with their services. They came out like they said. They were very nice and formal. The price was reasonable. They even checked if I had any pre- existing problems.I highly recommend their service. They will be first one I will definitely call.

Called at 8:15AM, the guys were here at 11:00AM gone by 11:20AM. They actually took the time to answer all my questions and explained how the septic system works and why it got backed up. They take credit cards, cash, or check, it was $465 for the pumping. 10/10 recommend from the McLaughlin family here in OIB NC!
