We had gutter covers installed on our house by Klean Gutters Midwest because their salesman assured us they were guaranteed for life and would keep our gutters from ever having to be cleaned. They were installed in May of 2018 and by December of 2018 some of the covers started coming off on the backside of our home. When we called to report this, we were told nothing could be done in the winter, and they would be out in the spring to rectify the problem. Had gutter installed on November 29th, they were very professional and did a great job, we found out after they left that they had the down spouts facing the wrong way. They came out in a timely manner to fix the problem.
The Klean Gutter Guard system was hurriedly installed, due to the late starting time. Tim ******, the salesman quoted us a price, which seemed competitive, but during the winter months of January and February the gutters leaked a created black ice slicks across our front sidewalk causing a very dangerous patch. My wife slipped on that patch and almost broke her leg, and required months of medical treatment. Klean Gutter had replaced all that section of gutters.
