They will rob you of your deposit and then not show up to do the cleaning. Stay away.
I will NEVER use this business again. I booked a deep clean service and the first time they cancelled on me the morning of. Then, they rescheduled me for another date and again cancelled. The third time, the owner swore that because of the inconvenience he would personally see to it that either he or his best cleaners would come to the apartment and clean. The cleaners then didn't show up for 40 minutes. Their policy clearly states that cleaners get a 30 minute window to show up to the apartment before one can cancel. I had ... read more
