Wouldn’t use their service, owner is not a very nice guy, and I’ve been there once and had a subpar car wash.

Klean a Kar is still looking like they are in operation despite a statewide stay at home order. How is a car wash an essential operation? This is unacceptable.
Jordan and his staff November 3 took extra time and attention to remove pear tree residue from my car. A typical pass-through didn’t remove it but Jordan was familiar with the substance, pre-treated it with a spray, performed a little hand-wiping and the wipe down crew at the end did the same, even providing me a few packets of wipes to hit the few remaining brown spots at home. They do one of best jobs of cleaning and washing your car, I even smells great.
Asked the guy if the car wash would wash my new truck alright with the large mirrors and everything, they waved me right through. Car wash ripped my antenna off and they just pointed to the sign saying they weren't responsible.
This is the second time I left after an Ultimate wash with streaky rear windows. I drive a Subaru Outback and there is no reason for this. I didn't tip the dryers this time because they did a bad job last time. Had a neighbor ask if I knew anyone who did detail work. Told her I wouldn't recommend this place. The workers have been doing a lousy job lately. I still have water spots and dirt on my rear door. For what I paid, I expected a little better quality of work!
