Thank you so much to the team at Ontrack. My laptop was water damaged. The first place I contacted quoted me $500-$2000 to retrieve my data. After sending them my laptop they sent me an invoice for $2,999 which I declined and asked them to return my laptop. The team at Ontrack reassured me there would not be any hidden or surprise fees, and I would only be charged if they could recover my data.
