Professional service from start to finish. I must admit I was worried giving up my hard drive with a lifetime of pictures to a company I had no idea who they were. They recovered all my pictures, sent me proof of recovery and then, upon approval by me, they sent me an invoice. Communication via email and voice was excellent and turn around time was very fast. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
Although Ontrack could not retrieve my data from my hard drive, Ashley Campetta did a fantastic job of being my support person from Ontrack. She was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed. Thank you Ashley.
I tried two different places that weren’t able to recover the data when my 15tb hard drive had a physical failure and broke. But Ontrack got back EVERYTHING!
Waste of time. Terrible communication, zero results.
