This is the second time that I have used Ontrack and I would definitely recommend them. I am so happy to get my information and memories (pictures) back.
I dealt with Jonathan who answered all my questions and concerns regarding my external hard drive failure. Once I sent my hard drive in, it only took two days to diagnose it. I received the new hard drive with 99.99% of my info within the week. I have zero complaints about this company
