Excellent service ethics! The representative answered all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Our managed IT customer called and informed us they could not access data on their drive. We found the NTFS file system heavily damaged, and were unable to recover on our own. Ontrack was able to successfully recover the customer data, whole process took just about a week from shipping to receipt of recovered media.
We recently had a shoot and one of the camera cards recorded the footage but we couldn't get it off. We believe the card was faulty from the manufacturer. Ontrack did emergency diagnostics and was able to recover the footage for our clients. We would have had to reshoot which would have been costly. They were professional and communicative and resolved the issue. Thank you Ontrack!
The team was wonderful to work with, and the tech did an amazing job of recovering data that was from a device 30 years old!
Very professional in every way. They recovered what others couldn’t. Very secure. The recovered files weee shipped to me on a secure hard drive. I was very pleased.
