KLC Property Management is an excellent company. Having worked with them for over a decade, I can personally attest to the superb job they do taking care of their tenants, vendors, and contractors. Could not ask for a better company that is hard working, honest, has great values, and have integrity.

My husband and I had a great experience renting from KLC Property Management. The one major maintenance issue we had was handled very timely and professionally, and their maintenance people are top notch. Had we not purchased a home we would have continued renting from KCL Property Management. Would highly recommend KCL Property Management!!
Upon both lease signing and inspection you're best to ensure the property is in the exact state of maintenance and cleanliness that you expect. They'll say things like they've had the carpets cleaned, filters changed, and etc on move in but I assure you in my experience none of that has been done despite any allure towards otherwise.
