Upon both lease signing and inspection you're best to ensure the property is in the exact state of maintenance and cleanliness that you expect. They'll say things like they've had the carpets cleaned, filters changed, and etc on move in but I assure you in my experience none of that has been done despite any allure towards otherwise. I left a one star review on Facebook- the first to leave one. All of a sudden within two hours they had people leave 5 star reviews. lol! These people don’t know how to run a company- they say call the police and when you do so, they want to make you a problem. Ghetto.
Great company to work with, excellent communication!
Always reliable, great reports, never worry about good records. KLC Property Management Solutions are golden in my opinion after nearly a decade of servicing our rentals.
