Larry and Jason were very efficient and helpful during my planing process. Gave us everything we wanted and gave us great input. I will use them again if we build another home.

Larry Klaybor showed professionalism,integrity,consistently setting very high standards, keeping focused on what the client ( I ) wanted in the house plan & what type of home. Listens carefully to any changes that I requested, making sure they were carried out to the fullness. The quality of work was supreme meet all deadlines and stayed within the budget. Tough project. Larry and his team nailed our design. We had some very difficult constraints, and several late projects changes for our waterfront custom home, but Klaybor & Assoc. worked with us and our builder, to make sure our dreams would become a reality . I’d recommend them without reservation.

Absolutely a sad experience with Larry Klaybor. When we initially choose Klaybor we had interviewed 6 others and choose Klaybor even though he was one of the most expensive because he seemed to become really vested in the project during our interview. We had already drawn up about 50% of our plan but we needed a professional to get us to the finish line, to polish our house and make it great, Larry said he could do that. Larry was very professional and beyond just helpful. He even visited the project site at our request even though there was no real requirement to do so. His suggestions on the remodel were outstanding. The project cost total will be approximately $200K, but Larry's portion was about $3500. I highly recommend his firm to anyone.
