This review is 20-years overdue! Joseph Klawsnik was appointed, by the court, after years of GAL’s finding my children’s father unfit. He was appointed as GAL by court for me. His fee was high, on the highest end of the fee usually charged ($100-250/hour according to internet). But he did not even hire a secretary for custom service. All my calls and to my acknowledge all other calls were never answered directly. Most calls did not get any responses. His report was also delayed significantly. The quality of his report could be much better if he could spend more time.
