What a lovely fella Klaus is. His knowledge and passion for his business comes out in the quality of his work. Our windows and tracks are cleaner than when we had our house handover. His offsider Dylan obviously has been trained through the Klaus system because he only settled for perfection, what I mean there was he saw imperfections and went back to fix it.
