Update: In response to my review below, The company " owner" wrote back that it was a miscommunication to contact the office and they would be more than happy to clear up things with me. I sent an email to Dan McNally and the GM Robert Cherry and copied Michael Perna. I also called and left a message with Michele for Dan. I also texted Steve Ventriglio No one responded to my email or returned my call. There's no miscommunication. Awesome experience with Klaus Roofing. Michael Perna was our salesperson who was very professional and detailed. He explained the various options that Klaus offers. He spent about 2 hours explaining everything to us. He was the only person who went in our attic to see if there was any water stains and any other potential issues. Carlos and team (Kedwin, Tony, Banner & Gorge) arrived early and started working at 7:00 am and finished the same team. They were very professional and our new roof looks awesome.
Michael from Klaus roofing came & did a thorough inspection of my roof I have a leak coming into my family room. He was so professional & thorough. He showed me where the leak was coming from & I needed a siding & gutter person to help. I had another roofer tell me I needed a new roof. He was so honest. I highly recommend them.
Mike Perna was informative and professional. He was easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable through the whole sales process. The work crew was polite, professional, prompt, and accommodating. They cleaned up diligently before they left. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Thank you again.
