Up front, ours was a difficult project, not only site-wise but in scope and customer demands. I don't think any other roofing company could have handled all the situations/variables any better. Klaus Roofing Systems by Green Factor is definitely a TRUSTED choice for whatever your roofing needs might be! On a windy Kansas weekend, they quickly responded & seamlessly patched a blown away section of shingles for us. A short time later, they performed a Beautiful Full Roof Replacement. Both situations could have been overwhelming for us, but weren’t due to their entire professional team. They really delivered the very BEST customer service and product, from the smallest communication to the quality installed material!
My experience was incredible from beginning to end. It was a unique experience as they came up to me in Nebraska and they couldn’t have done a better job! Grant the project manager kept me informed through the whole process including consistent updates through the day via pictures and a really great project close out. These guys are great. I met Kip first as I was looking for someone to remove and replace an attic fan. Judd came on a hot nasty day and determined that the fan was defective and he removed it. I had the motor replaced and Judd returned to install the fan with the new motor. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend them.
