These guys are great. I met Kip first as I was looking for someone to remove and replace an attic fan. Judd came on a hot nasty day and determined that the fan was defective and he removed it. I had the motor replaced and Judd returned to install the fan with the new motor. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend them.
Clint did a roof repair for me! He is very knowledgeable and was great to work with. I highly recommend Clint and Green Factor if you need a new roof or a simple repair!
I chose Green Factor Roofing because the estimate was fair, great quality roof and warranty. Mike was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything I didn't understand. Grant and the crew did a wonderful job, working thru the heat, getting it done in a day, and cleaning up everything when they were finished! I am very happy with the overall experience and my new roof and gutters!
What a joke of a company. Not sure how you have 5 stars...I booked my project (paid half down-first red flag) day of appointment no show. Noone called me so I called and got rescheduled. 2nd appointment comes and goes Noone reached out, so I call and get it rescheduled. Getting pretty irritated but hopeful. 3rd appointment comes and goes and Noone showed up so I call them again! They promise up and down they are going to do the job so I rescheduled.
