There is no solicitation sign in my community and Nick decided to knock on my door. His actions caused my dog to be agitated enough to hurt herself. Nick, I have to say, your brokerages ratings are well earned. The house flipping review? That is a conflict of interest my friend. You can’t have family members nor yourself review your business nor can you solicit in my community.
Do not trust this realtor!! Incompetent and unhelpful!!
Terrible agents, completely incompetent, immature, don’t know what they are doing. Do not trust Nick, Chris and Klaus Breitsameter!! Save time and look for someone else to be your honest and upfront agent. ReMax is a clueless company!!!
I dealt with Chris Breitsameter, I found him to be argent, immature and even told few fish stories. I probably just got the wrong guy over there, however he left such a bad taste in my mouth I don’t want look into other agents. Maybe it’s agents like him that make Zell so awesome!
