Employees refuse to wear masks or to ask customers to mask up.
Employees don’t wear masks despite the mandate. Refused to comply when asked to mask up. Menards gets my business now.
I’m writing this again because you deleted my original post. I came into your store with two of my five young sons to buy one and a quarter inch check valve for my sump pump. I like to support local businesses in my local community. So I went and browsed around finally found what I needed on the end of aisle 16 and I touched multiple items along the way. I am Sorry that you had such a negative experience in our shop. Like most stores, we are being cautious about making sure our store is getting disinfecting to keep everyone safe. There are many stores that have limited customers to one per family, or limiting children in stores. We haven't wanted to go that route. But it is a big responsibility to make sure that all of our customers, our employees and our families are all safe. Hope you can understand and try visiting again.
Steve is extremely rude to work with at this store! We brought a bike in to be fixed. It took three weeks to get back. When we picked it up, we brought it home. We took it for a quick ride down the block, and the gears did not work, and the chain broke. I went back into the store and Steve’s response to me was “how do I know that you didn’t do it”? I had the bike for 5 minutes, how could I did it? No discussion, he just pointed fingers at me. Never again!
Great rental they have always treated us right thanks Corey
They over charged us on our rental item(bounce house). When we brought it to their attention they lied to our face despite us having a receipt. We will not use them for our rental needs. Poor service and communication. Disappointing!
Klatts is my go to hard ware store. The service is great. They stock quality product. Can cut you keys in minutes. All in all probably my favorite store in all of buffalo
