I DO NOT RECOMMEND. You get a 2 hour window of arrival time, and even that could change at any time. Their cleaning products are subpar (I had to start purchasing my own products for them to use) and the customer is never right when talking to the office help. Being one that hates change, I kept them for 2 years. Waste of money. I love my new cleaner - she arrives right on time, she knows my house, and she works hard.
